These books focus on Roger Callahan’s Thought Field Therapy. The techniques are more complicated than in EFT but advocates claim it’s much more effective and also much faster. I think it’s worth a look and seems to be especially good for depression related to anxiety. |

Gary Craig “invented” EFT, adapting Roger Callahan’s more complex TFT algorhythms. For most purposes EFT can be learnt from these books and used in a variety of situations. As the technique has evolved over the years procedures have changed, so different books may give differing advice. |

This compelling book covers the use of EFT for many of life’s issues, not just anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias. Hartmann is one of the experts, and it’s good to hear it from the horses mouth! |
