		<description>Thank you for this very helpful post.  I get to understand the benefits and the workings of omega oil in the body.  Anxiety, still I believe, is more of a spiritual disorder and that no matter how well you follow the diet tips, it won&#039;t be that effective unless you have a healthy spirit.</description>
