I recently bought the BSFF e-book manual from Joan Sotkin & Larry Nims. Have been trying to practice BSFF for myself, but not seeing any great results so far. I'm working with chronic issues though, so maybe I need to give this more time and practice. Would love to hear from others how BSFF is working for them (or not)? Thanks.
PurpleDragon

Hi. I've taken the BSFF training and use the technique for myself (It is primarily a self help technique, though it works best when assisted by a counselor or coach). I've found that certain people - those with a naturally intuitive connection to their subconscious functions - respond more easily to it; others, like myself have to practice to "get it". But yes, it does work - based upon the practitioner's intention and ability to notice their problems internally.

BSFF is a great modality to treat anxiety and other mental health issues. It also works great for performance-related issues.
Lisa Marie
