There are many treatments on the market for GAD, social anxiety, and free-floating anxiety, some of which are weirder and whackier than others. There are also many con-artists out there, especially on the internet, whose treatments are unproven, unregulated, and highly expensive.
Your first stop should be your doctor and the trial of the treatments that are available to you through your health insurance or state health service.
